Responsibilities

Provide ongoing maintenance and support of the company's building and fix minor defects Supervise and escort specialists and sub-contractors working on plant and facility technical systems Monitor and maintain lighting in all assigned facilities as needed Perform minor plumbing repairs as necessary Perform basic electrical work and determine when an electrician is required Perform basic cosmetic repairs, such as plastering and painting works.

Repair building’s hardware equipment, such as doors, windows etc Assemble, Dismantle, install and repair furniture when required Transport goods or equipment as requested by OOM Provide or organize out of office hours support to the building systems according to company`s SLAs Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by OOM and Facilities Manager which are related to this position.

Assist and support PSD teams in maintenance related tasks as required. education. Be computer literate and knowledge in MS office software At least 2 years’ experience in building systems maintenance and troubleshooting High sense of responsibility Strong problem-solving skills The ability to work on his own initiative and within a team Basic English communication skills considered a plus.
