Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a team of four. Before returning to agency ownership, I served as a State Farm agent in Alaska, worked as a Sales Leader, and later held a corporate role. I ultimately realized my passion was working directly with customers and developing a great team. Outside of work, I'm a foodie who loves traveling, spending time with family, and exploring new places with my two dogs and cat.

We enjoy staying involved in the community through local events and activities. Building relationships with our neighbors is an important part of who we are and how we serve our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
