Join our dynamic, high performing team as a Recruiter! In this temporary role, you will work collaboratively with hiring leaders and human resources peers to achieve great things. Minimum Requirements: Three years of in-house, full cycle recruitment experience A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline or equivalent years experience Strong computer skills including proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems An excellent ability to assess talent and and provide guidance and coaching to help leaders fill vacant roles Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with hiring leaders, HR partners, and fellow recruiters to achieve hiring goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Build trust and rapport with hiring leaders while guiding them through the end-to-end recruitment process Craft engaging job ads to attract the right talent for the role Evaluate candidate qualifications in relation to the position requirements to determine a successful match Conduct behavioral-based interviews to assess candidate knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude against the corresponding vacancy Build accurate offer letters to support the clear articulation of our employee value proposition to prospective new hires Maintain a well-organized requisition portfolio, ensuring priorities, timelines, and candidate activity are managed efficiently.

Location and other Key Details: This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months This is an office based role and you will work out of our Fort Mc.
