Short Description: The agency seeks a highly qualified and experienced Quick. Base Consultant to review, document, analyze, develop, and support the agency's Quick. Base's rapid development and prototyping framework. Complete Description: The Office of Information Technology supports the development and modernization of its Quick.
Base application for various operations within DPW. The candidate shall have extensive expertise in Quick. Base application architecture, development, and implementation, specifically in building custom applications with the District of Columbia government. The candidate should have specific expertise in building dashboards, reports, and Quick.
Base customizations, with the ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into technology specifications. Proven skills in application development and ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional and Rapid Application Development environment. Implementation (transition) requirements are capabilities or behaviors required to transition from the enterprise's current state to the desired future state.
Qualifications
& Expertise: Expert-level experience in Quick. Base design and development Expert-level experience in documenting the business process and flow Experience aligning IT strategy and planning with the company's business goals. Experience delivering highly scalable architecture solution that supports mobile and web Experienced in web technologies with mobile app design experience Experience with emerging DaaS (Database as a Service) Experience with large complex data sets Communication skills, both written and spoken, business-level English mandatory Strong documentation skills Behavior Characteristics
