• Blacksburg, VA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Licensed Practical Nurse Full-Time Dayshift, the Willows/Arbor at the Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village 5000.00 Sign-On Bonus for FT LPN Dayshift Warm Hearth is looking for a compassionate and service-oriented candidate to join our Nursing Department Team at the Kroontje Health Care Center in the Willows/Arbor at Warm Hearth Village. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly and a dynamic team as we fulfill our mission of “Fostering a person-centered approach to gaining in an inclusive environment that redefines retirement.” Salary is competitive and based on experience. We have a robust benefits package with a low-cost HSA plan for FT employees. PT employees are offered dental & vision. Full-Time employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire. Access to our gorgeous, state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool. We currently have a Full-Time position available on the following shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm (3 - 12-hour shifts) with every other weekend shifts.

Compensation

Pay rate based on experience. Starting from $23.00 - $28.00 an hour.

Requirements

A valid LPN license in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing. Preferences: One to three years of previous experience in Assisted Living or a long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
