Account Manager

1. JOB DETAILS: Job Title: Account Manager Reports to: Technology Director Department: Marketing/ Sales Location: Central
2. JOB PURPOSE: responsible for driving strategic sales growth by identifying, developing, and managing key customer accounts across enterprise and government sectors. The role focuses on delivering value-added technology solutions including Managed Print Services (MPS), Document Management & Digital Archiving Solutions, Scanning Solutions, Asset Tracking, Barcode & Labeling Solutions, and related IT services. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with strong business development skills, capable of managing complex sales cycles, building executive-level relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
3. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with Pre-Sales and
• Technical teams.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and key
• decision-makers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery and
• customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and CRM records.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales Targets. 4.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer
• Science, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Experience managing enterprise and government accounts. 5.
