You will perform trial runs of any machinery (HVAC systems) to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications. Deliver exceptional customer experiences. “What You’ll Do” Performs troubleshooting, maintenance service, repairs and construction in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical in the field; generally in the company of a service technician Alongside a qualified service technician, performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems Responsible for the safety, quality and productivity of themselves at all customer locations Responsible for positive interface with the customer and ensuring the company’s reputation is improved with every customer contact Perform other duties as assigned “Must Haves” Ability to safely perform all tasks and understand Company’s safety policies and procedures Deliver a high quality output consistent with the Company’s construction standards Able to follow spoken and written instructions Able to work outside in variable weather conditions Ability to use both manual and power tools and follow operating guidelines Prior experience in construction or related work required Prior experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC or other specialties preferred Valid driver’s license Ability to communicate with Customer’s regarding work status and service concerns; fluency in spoken Spanish is a plus Special Considerations: Local travel daily and occasional overnight stays May be required to travel extended distances to customer sites Position requires manual dexterity and the ability to maintain physical activity for most of the day Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and hold or lift a variety of objects Able to carry, bend, stoop, turn, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder and other manual labor activities Physical Requirements & Role Expectations Ability to remain seated and work at a computer workstation for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to frequently use computers, keyboards, mice, telephones, and other technology required to perform job duties. Ability to read information on computer screens and maintain attention to detail while performing assigned tasks. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, lifting, or movement within a home office, office environment, or other work location as required.
