Production Associate - 2nd & 3rd Shift (Hablamos Español). Job Type: Full-Time. Work Location: On-site (Not Remote). Available Shifts2nd Shift. Monday-Friday1:15 PM - 9:30 PM3rd Shift. Sunday: 7:00 PM Start. Monday-Friday: 9:30 PM - 5:00 AMPay. Average Earnings: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on production)$20.03/hour

Must be able to lift 30 pounds at arm's length on a continual basis. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Position Summary. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. Production Associates may work in a variety of roles, including Forklift Operator, Machine Operator, Material Handler, Palletizer, and Stuffer. Successful candidates are safety-minded, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (as assigned). Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility. Stack, palletize, and prepare products for shipment. Monitor production processes and product quality. Follow work instructions and production schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Assist with general production duties as needed.

Qualifications

and Skills. Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred. Forklift experience preferred. Strong attention to detail. Tech-savvy and comfortable using computerized equipment and production systems. Basic computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
