Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing occupational therapy services to customer-owners and provides consultative services to providers within the medical system and throughout the state, including independent living facilities, assisted living homes, and private residential homes.
