Regional Maintenance Manager Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager for a select group of our apartment communities in the South Eastern Area.

The Regional Maintenance Manager, under the direction of the Regional Property Manger & VP of Maintenance will be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency of all aspects of the maintenance operations within the assigned group of properties and GMC sites. The Essential Job Functions include; Working with a team of Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians in conjunction with the Property Manager, Regional Property Manager, & VP of Maintenance to supervise maintenance staff at each property.

Coach and Mentor staff, and provide support on technical issues. Conduct NSPIRE, pre-audit inspections to ensure Gateway's standard of compliance and safety. Train Maintenance Technicians in administrative procedures, repair techniques, and company policies. Assist with recruitment and interviewing candidates. Knowledge and certification to perform all Heating and Cooling System repairs.

Knowledge and understanding of plumbing and electrical systems. Licensed to operate motor vehicles with auto insurance . Travel up to 50% to 75% Inside and outside work in all types of weather .
