Automotive Service Advisor (Quick Lube Sales) – High Earning Potential We are hiring a sales-driven Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced quick lube team. This is a customer-facing sales role where you’ll recommend maintenance services, build trust, and maximize ticket value. Pay & Benefits: $800 to $1300 per week - earning potential.

Commission + bonuses (uncapped). Weekly SPIFFs & performance incentives. What You’ll Do: Greet customers and guide service recommendations. Recommend oil changes, filters, and maintenance services. Requirements

Sales or customer service experience. Strong communication & closing skills. High energy, goal-oriented mindset. Automotive experience is a plus (not required).
