Job Description OT Security Consultant POSITIONS 2 LOCATION Navi Mumbai FUNCTION OT / ICS Security EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for two experienced OT Security Consultants to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidates will bring strong expertise in Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security, hands-on experience designing and deploying Armis, sound knowledge of the IEC 62443 series of standards, and demonstrated capability in conducting OT risk assessments for industrial and critical infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and lead deployment of Armis (or similar OT/IoT asset visibility and security platforms) across client industrial environments, including sensor placement, network architecture review, and integration with existing IT/OT infrastructure.
• Conduct OT/ICS risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and gap analyses aligned with IEC 62443 and other relevant OT security frameworks (NIST CSF, NERC CIP, etc.).
• Develop and support implementation of OT security architecture, zone and conduit segmentation models, and defense-in-depth strategies as per IEC 62443 principles.
• Perform asset discovery, inventory, and classification of OT/ICS assets (PLCs, RTUs, DCS, SCADA, HMIs) using Armis and related tools.
• Support incident response, threat detection, and monitoring activities for OT environments.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, risk reports, security policies, and remediation roadmaps for client stakeholders.
• Engage with client OT, IT, engineering, and plant teams to gather requirements, present findings, and drive security improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging OT/ICS threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices, and provide advisory support to clients accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SOC, network, compliance) to ensure OT security controls are effectively integrated into the broader security program.

Required Skills

& Experience

• Strong working knowledge of IEC 62443 standards (security levels, zones & conduits, risk assessment methodology, and lifecycle requirements).
• Hands-on experience in the design, deployment, and configuration of Armis in OT/industrial environments.
• Proven experience conducting OT/ICS risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.
• Solid understanding of ICS/SCADA architectures, protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profinet, etc.), and industrial network components.
• Familiarity with OT security frameworks and guidelines such as NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP, and ISO 27001, in addition to IEC 62443.
• Experience with network segmentation, firewalls, and monitoring solutions in OT environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and client communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site with plant/engineering teams and manage stakeholder expectations independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CRISC, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certifications, CISSP, or CEH will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience working with manufacturing, energy, utilities, oil & gas, or other critical infrastructure sectors.
• Experience of 3-6 years in OT/ICS security consulting or a related domain. Location & Work Mode Navi Mumbai. Candidates should be willing to work from the office and travel to client/plant sites as required.
