At White's, leaders work the floor with their team, coach in the moment, and own how every shift goes. White's is an independently owned Ace store, run by the White family since 1977. All three of our stores run to one standard, and our leaders are the ones who keep it.

What you'll do

Run the garden center at this store. Help customers choose what will actually grow for them, lead and coach the garden team, keep plants healthy and displays ready, manage ordering and work with vendors. Watch what sells and adjust. Garden season means a lot of hands-on, outdoor work. In the off-season, the garden center moves inside and you'll work the main sales floor with the rest of the team.

Who this work suits This is a people job as much as a plant job. We need someone who can lead a team, take full responsibility for the department, and talk comfortably with customers about their garden projects.
