Requirements

In addition to required certification as a Certified Med Aide by the State of Iowa, our ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent communication ability and a strong initiative to provide thorough and thoughtful care to our residents. Must be willing to work every other weekend. Northcrest Community participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.
