Since 2021, Cerved has been part of ION Group, one of the foremost global players in the FinTech sector. Cerved Property Services (CPS), part of the ION Group environment, is seeking a commercially driven Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth and transformation. CPS is an established real estate services platform in Greece, specializing in Asset Management, Valuations, Real Estate Agency, Legal Due Diligence and Technical Due Diligence.

We are looking for a dynamic leader who combines strategic thinking, strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive with the ability to deliver tangible commercial and operational results.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company's growth strategy, driving revenue, profitability and market expansion. Lead business development, strengthen strategic client relationships and identify new commercial opportunities. Assume full P&L ownership and drive operational excellence. Lead and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.

Accelerate innovation, digital transformation and operational efficiency. Ensure alignment with the wider group's strategic objectives. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven track record in commercial, strategic or operational leadership roles. Strong business development capabilities, financial acumen and results orientation.

Demonstrated leadership potential, entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on execution. Experience in real estate, financial services, investments, consulting or other relevant B2B sectors. Strong academic background; an MSc or MBA is considered a strong advantage. Knowledge of the real estate sector is a strong advantage, but not a prerequisite.

International exposure is considered an advantage. Fluency in Greek and English is required; Italian is an additional advantage.
