Senior HRIS Analyst

Under the direction of the HRIS Manager, the Senior HRIS Analyst supports the ongoing digitalization of Keolis Human Resources systems and processes through the maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of HR technology tools. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, improving system efficiency, supporting integrations, and providing analytical insights to drive informed decision-making across the organization.

The Senior HRIS Analyst works under the direction of the HRIS Manager and collaborates with HR, leadership and other critical business partners to deliver effective, compliant, and user-friendly HRIS solutions.
