Make an impact ― Develop process sequences for all SKUs in sample development and mass production phases. ― Establish, update and communicate routing times for all SKUs, ensuring accuracy and relevance. ― Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.

― Monitor routing times, standard work, process balance, and cycle times for continuous enhancement. ― Analyze routing time data to identify trends, areas for improvement and eliminate non-value-added processes. ― Ensure compliance with Manufacturing Process Map Procedure from development to mass production. ― Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to review, evaluate and document new or changed processes.

Bring your magic We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: ― Relevant education background in Industrial Engineering or relevant majors. ― Ideally 5+ years of working experience in Industrial Engineering related in manufacturing industry, preferably focusing on human motions, standard works and standard times.

― Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive process improvements. Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. ― Good English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to gain trust with all levels of stakeholders. ― Proven organizational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
