The Home This post is a regional post which requires you to travel around different Healthcare Ireland homes within a region.

This may include dementia, nursing, learning disability and mental health homes. The Role You will manage the provision of a catering service within the home with particular emphasis on the planning, preparing, cooking and serving of meals ensuring all activities and operations comply with operational standards and statutory regulations.

You will oversee all chefs and cooks within the Healthcare Ireland portfolio. 37.5 Hours/Week
