Position Summary

An equipment technician in Test Technology will be involved in all aspects of test. They may need to do probe card changes on the probers, probe card repair, preventive maintenance, and part repair/replacement. The technician will also need to have strong computer skills to check data trends and handle various pieces of software for fab operations.

The technician will work on probers, testers, and probe cards. They will be expected to maintain a high level of safety awareness and strong quality mindset. We are looking for individuals that want to learn and be challenged. Role and Responsibilities Here's What You'll Be Responsible For: Maintaining test floor operations Perform preventive maintenance on equipment Repair down probers and testers Handling probe cards Managing spare parts Skills and Qualifications Here's What You'll Need: Strong technical skills and attention to detail Worked on TEL, Keysight, Teradyne, and Advantest equipment Associates degree preferred Safety and Quality mindset Ability to learn and adapt to changing environment.

Passionate about learning and resourcing themselves to increase skill level The current base salary range for this role is between $26.00 - $33.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
