Job description
The City of Oxnard's Public Works Department is seeking a Custodian who is highly motivated, takes initiative, and has excellent oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous custodial experience, the ability to work independently, and, as a team member, have a positive attitude, excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: Sweep, vacuum, mop, strip, seal, wax, and buff floors. Operate a variety of cleaning equipment (e.g., carpet extractors, slow and high-speed buffers).
