Major Gift Officer, Capital Gifts & Special Initiatives

Capital Gifts & Special Initiatives partners with colleagues, lay leaders, and partner organizations to advance capital projects and strategic initiatives in New York, Israel, and around the world. We connect donors’ interests to communal needs and create opportunities for lasting impact. We work across UJA to identify compelling opportunities, shape cases for support, and steward investments from concept to implementation.

This is a creative, relationship-driven fundraising role. The successful candidate will translate donors’ interests into high-impact investments; bring donors close to projects that their giving supports; and help to create distinctly personal experiences.
