Red Light Freedom is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our wellness studio. This role is essential in creating a positive client experience while keeping daily front office operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere Check clients in and out for sessions Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Answer phone calls, emails, and general client inquiries Provide information about services, pricing, memberships, and promotions Process payments and assist with basic billing and package tracking Conduct client consultations and help guide them to appropriate services Prepare rooms between sessions and maintain a clean, organized studio environment Support opening and closing procedures, including light cleaning Assist the team with general administrative and operational tasks Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and payment systems Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality Eagerness to learn about wellness services and client care Previous experience in an office, wellness, medical, or customer service setting is helpful but not required Work Environment This position works in a wellness studio setting with frequent client interaction.

The role involves standing, light cleaning, and preparing rooms between client sessions. Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.
