Public Area Manager

One Source Housekeeping Solution is seeking an experienced Public Area Manager for a resort property in Phoenix, AZ. The Public Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of all public and common areas throughout the resort, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, pool decks, meeting/event spaces, back-of-house areas, and other guest-facing spaces.

This role ensures these areas consistently meet brand and company standards, supporting an exceptional guest experience while leading a team of public area attendants and supervisors managing labor and productivity, and ensuring consistent execution of client and company expectations.
