Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter Riverside, CA (Primary Work Location) Office Located in Murrieta, CA $20/Hour + $100 Bonus per Qualified Appointment Guaranteed 20–30 Hours Per Week Important: While our office is located in Murrieta, CA, employees will primarily work at retail locations and events throughout Riverside, CA and surrounding areas.

This is not a daily commute to Murrieta. Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking a motivated and outgoing Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to engage with homeowners at retail locations, home shows, community events, and local promotions. This is a proactive lead generation role focused on starting conversations, overcoming objections, and generating qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is not a receptionist or administrative scheduling position.

What You'll Do

Engage with homeowners and generate qualified leads Initiate conversations and identify potential customers Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team Represent our brand professionally at events and retail locations Meet and exceed lead generation goals Assist with event setup and breakdown Travel to assigned retail locations and events within the local territory Compensation & Benefits $20 per hour starting pay Guaranteed 20–30 hours per week $100 bonus for every qualified appointment that results in a completed consultation Paid training Additional performance incentives Advancement opportunities Qualifications Minimum 1 year of lead generation, appointment setting, canvassing, retail sales, event marketing, or cold outreach experience required Proven ability to approach and engage strangers in a retail environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience generating leads and setting appointments from face-to-face interactions Sales, canvassing, brand ambassador, kiosk sales, home improvement, or event marketing experience strongly preferred Comfortable handling objections and initiating conversations with potential customers Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality Weekend availability required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Riverside, CA Why Join Us?
