Overview

Physician Assistant / Internal Medicine Location: Trumbull Area, Connecticut Practice Setting: Outpatient adult Primary Care Work Schedule: Full-time weekdays, with flexible scheduling options Call Schedule: No call Support Staff / Resources: An established practice team and access to an integrated specialty network EMR: Epic What You Can Expect Build and manage an adult patient panel in a 100% outpatient Primary Care setting.

Assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate evaluation or specialty referrals with the clinical team.
