NM Administrative Position

Administrative Assistant Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt Department: NM Operations Reports to: Location Supervisor Company Overview Southwest Forest Products Inc is a privately held vertically integrated manufacturing company in Arizona and New Mexico. The Position Southwest Forest Products is seeking an administrative assistant with high level Excel skills.

This position will report to the location superivisor. Specific duties include; Analytics – Obtaining Operations Field reports to Create Analytical data for management Recruiting for the New Mexico facility Receptionist duties of answering phone and assisting vendors and visitors. Distribution of Payroll checks. Keeping Active and Terminated I-9 update to date.

Performing Disciplinary and Termination Actions Distribute and audit Safety Training material Communicates changes to personnel policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance is followed. Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork. Clerical duties such as photocopies, fax documents, filing and reporting.

Successful Candidate The successful candidate will have an optimum combination of the following: Must have higher than average Microsoft Excel Able to work in Team environment and follow Chain of command. Confidentiality is a MUST! Able to multi-task in a fast pace environment. Tenacious character and highly dependable (attendance is critical) candidates are preferred.
