Human Resources Specialist

Vinart is a franchised new and used car dealership group consisting of the Acura, Honda, and Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche automobile brands. In addition to our new car franchises, we also operate one pre-owned vehicle dealership and a full-service vehicle reconditioning center.

Position Summary

The HR Specialist will serve as a partner for management in all aspects of talent management, recruitment, and onboarding. The HR Specialist will also support the owner in special projects.

• Friday 8am-4:30pm on-site Job Location: Lehigh Valley Hyundai, 675 State Avenue, Emmaus PA 18049 Job Description: Posts job openings in ADP Recruiting Tool for all Vinart Dealership locations Manages social media recruitment. Runs background checks and MVR’s Assists with maintaining relationships with vocational schools and other community partners by attending career fairs, offering job shadows, etc. Schedules and Conducts interviews.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements consist of a high school diploma or GED coupled with at least one year of experience in a similar role. A bachelor's or associate degree in human resource management or administration is preferred. Monday
