Job description
Responsible for preparing and cooking items. Assists the Sous Chef/Manager in the production of the daily menu or prep list. Essential Job Functions:• Excellent internal/external guest service;• Cooks or prepares food assigned from daily menu plan;• Follows recipes given consistently;• Maintains cleanliness of assigned area in accordance with health codes and regulations;• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
