As an Automotive Technician at Steven Hyundai, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service. You'll work with modern diagnostic technology and manufacturer resources while having the opportunity to continue developing your skills and growing your career.

SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE FOR EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS WITH STATE INSPECTION LICENSE Responsibilities ● Diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles according to manufacturer specifications ● Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and multi-point inspections ● Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns ● Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship ● Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors ● Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and inspections ● Follow manufacturer, dealership, and safety procedures ● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications ● Previous automotive technician experience preferred ● Virginia State Inspection License strongly preferred ● ASE certifications preferred ● Strong diagnostic and repair skills ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team ● Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Compensation $60,000+ annually based on experience and performance Steven Hyundai offers competitive flat-rate compensation designed to reward experienced and productive technicians.

Qualifications

Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience required. State Inspection License Required Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills. Experience performing maintenance, mechanical, and electrical repairs.

Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Own a complete set of professional technician tools. Hyundai certification, ASE certifications, or other manufacturer certifications are preferred but not required.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties throughout the workday.
