Loaner Technician I

What You’ll Do: Unload daily shipments of incoming surgical sets and help with precautionary cleaning/decontamination Train with a loaner specialist to gain knowledge of proper procedures Develop an understanding of our ERP system (JD Edwards) Complete all new hire training modules Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned within Loaner Operations What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent required Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Goal-oriented Ability to perform essential duties in accordance with FDA standards Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions and Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to learn and work with new computer programs Why VB Spine?

Compensation

Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is $23/hr, with potential for overtime and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
