SELECTION CRITERIA A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care. Working knowledge and experience using Patient Administration System IBA Web. Pas. Advanced skills and knowledge with a range of computer packages, particularly the Microsoft Office suite with a good level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Demonstrated ability and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Sound analytical and report writing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team environment. Well-developed organisational skills, with an ability to manage your time to adhere to strict deadlines during busy periods and multi-task competing demands.

An understanding of and commitment to quality improvement. Ability to work autonomously, and with minimal supervision. Flexibility to support the needs of the department by undertakingadditional hours as required.
