Lead Maintenance Technician

Lead. Grow. Make an Impact! American Communities is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and help keep our community safe, beautiful, and running smoothly. 🔧 What You’ll Do Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team. Oversee daily repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and make-readies. Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, pool, and exterior repairs. Coordinate vendors and manage maintenance supplies and inventory. Ensure excellent response times to resident service requests.

Assist with budgets and control maintenance expenses. Participate in an on-call rotation and support other communities as needed. ⭐ What We’re Looking For High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. EPA Freon Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required. 4–6 years of maintenance experience preferred. 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform physical maintenance duties and lift 25+ lbs. ❤️ Why Join Us?
