Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator (Materials, exempt) plans and coordinates production, repair and overhaul work for assigned landing gear programs in a manufacturing setting. The role keeps customer deliveries on time by managing work orders in Oracle, setting production schedules, reconciling inventory and leading purchasing for its programs.

That purchasing work covers getting quotes, negotiating prices with suppliers and working with commodity buyers. The coordinator also runs daily and weekly status meetings and reports order status to management. It requires an associate's or bachelor's degree, 5+ years of plant-level materials management experience, strong Microsoft Office and project management skills, and US work authorization without sponsorship.
