Youth Development Coordinator- SC/ San Diego KROC Center-13-004

The Youth Development Coordinator is an administrative and supervisory support position to the Youth Development Manager & Director. Youth Development Coordinators must have proven ability and desire to work with children, parents, volunteers, and peers. YD Coordinators supervise camp staff positions, oversee Day Camp program areas, and lead activities for Day Camp events as needed.

YD Coordinators ensure the safety and well-being of all campers while they are in their care. YD Coordinators are expected to lead by example, create a welcoming environment for all, facilitate coaching and training of staff, assist with the hiring process, & facilitate relationship building amongst staff, parents, and children.
