Job Summary

This person will be joining the EIT DevOps team and working across multiple applications. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting multiple application CI/CD pipelines and Open. Shift workloads Troubleshooting, investigating, and remediating CI/CD and Open. Shift failures Onboarding new services Standardizing existing services and deployment patterns Automating repetitive work Vulnerability remediation and management Performance and reliability improvements Occasional weekend deployment support, although this will be the exception rather than the rule Primary pipeline/tooling is Bitbucket / Jenkins / Ansible / XLR / Open.

Shift. We're looking for someone who is hands-on and technically strong, not someone whose experience is primarily DevOps coordination or process management. They should be comfortable troubleshooting real CI/CD and Open. Shift problems, working through failures, and automating solutions rather than simply escalating issues.

Shift independently Know Ansible Tower setup Bitbucket, Jenkins, Sonar/Aqua scans, Ansible, Artifactory experience Ability to troubleshoot quickly and effectively in a high-pressure situation Adaptable to work on various infrastructure automation needs.

Production support on need basis Seeking 4+ years of experience Required Skills Work with Application and development Teams to onboard applications to/integrate with CI/CD platform Ability to Configure, Deploy, and Support Bank workloads to securely run and operate in Container Infra (K8s/Red. Hat Open Shift/AKS) Responsible for engineering of new capabilities to the Open.

Shift/Container Platforms and delivering those capabilities in a fully automated and supportable fashion Develop software or system scripts to simplify or eliminate the dependence on human intervention for recurring tasks Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for reliability improvement in the solution A solid understanding of SDLC Expert level working with Bitbucket, Jenkins, Sonar.

Qube, Artifactory, Ansible, Ansible Tower, JIRA Experience in release/build engineering processes, A/B deployments and testing Experience implementing and supporting Continuous Integration and Delivery practices and automation tools Experience working in Groovy and Python Excellent communication skills Able to support development teams in a fast-paced environment in critical situations Experience with modern performance monitoring and diagnostics tools (examples: Splunk, Dynatrace etc.)

Foundational Skills Expertise in supporting Container production (K8s/Red. Hat Open. Shift) environments, and associated maintenance, change control, incident, and problem management Strong experience in Linux administration, programming experience in at least one language (Python, Shell scripting) Strong experience in onboarding applications to Open.

Shift Strong experience in Infrastructure automation using Ansible or Python Experience in building large scale distributed enterprise platforms with focus on performance, scale, security, and reliability Self-motivated and results oriented with excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities Desired Skills Experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large scale distributed systems Understand relevant application technologies and development life cycle Operational Process Routines: Strong adherence to operating controls, risk management, process review and creation, documentation, and collaborative knowledge sharing Inter-personal skills and Communication skills Nice to Have Red.
