Arabic Content Producer

Salary: $84,500 + super Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm (Full-time) Location: Melbourne, VIC About the Client Our client is a rapidly expanding organisation in the digital entertainment and online media sector. This role sits within a collaborative content and marketing team focused on delivering engaging, multilingual content that resonates with a young, highly active online audience.

About the Role

We are looking for an Arabic Content Producer who can create culturally aligned content for Arabic-speaking audiences, with a strong emphasis on Gulf Arabic fluency. The role also benefits from an understanding of Moroccan Arabic, as the content may reach a broad regional audience. You will produce short-form video edits, social-first content, translations, and creative assets that connect with youth-oriented digital audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Arabic-language content for social and digital platforms
• Translate English content into Gulf Arabic (fluent level required)
• Adapt content to ensure it is understandable and culturally relevant for Moroccan Arabic-speaking audiences
• Edit short-form videos, highlights, and clips suited to social media formats
• Produce planned and reactive content based on trends, entertainment, and creator activity
• Maintain a modern, youthful, and culturally appropriate tone of voice
• Optimise content for multi-platform distribution
• Assist with content capture for online and in-person events
• Collaborate with design, marketing, partnerships, and community teams
• Monitor content performance and provide insights to improve engagement
• Manage content calendars and support campaign activity
• Stay up-to-date with emerging platform trends and creator-driven culture Requirements Required Skills & Experience
• Fluent in Gulf Arabic (spoken and written)
• Good understanding of Moroccan Arabic (speaking or comprehension is acceptable)
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in social media content creation or digital marketing
• Awareness of gaming, sports, entertainment, and internet culture
• Skilled in video clipping and short-form content editing
• Ability to produce content that appeals to Gen Z and online audiences
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Preferred Experience
• Cultural or lived experience in Arabic-speaking regions
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally overseas when required
• Familiarity with design/editing tools (e.g., Cap. Cut, Photoshop, Premiere)
