Technical Lead, Software Integrations

At Crane Worldwide Logistics, we're building resilient software systems that connect critical business platforms across transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, finance, and customer-facing applications. We are seeking a Technical Lead to serve as the lead engineer for a Software Integrations team, collaborating closely with Engineering Managers and other technical leaders to shape engineering standards and technical direction.

This role combines architecture ownership, technical leadership, engineering mentorship, and hands-on software development. You will lead solution design, guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and help deliver greenfield integration platforms and services that support critical business operations.
