• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries regarding reservations and services
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area
• Coordinate with the service staff to ensure smooth guest flow and timely seating
• Handle guest concerns or special requests professionally and courteously
• Keep track of wait times and inform guests accordingly
