Job description
We are looking for a technically skilled candidate that displays good problem solving abilities. The IT Technician duties require the maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and repair of computers, peripheral devices as well as providing support for various software applications within the Agency. Work is expected to be performed with extreme accuracy, exceptional organizational skills, significant independence and problems are referred to supervisor for resolution.
The IT Technician is expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with Agency employees and Management.
