Senior Business Analyst – Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS & Finance Location: Dubai (Onsite – 5 days/week) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work onsite in Dubai.

Offshore candidates willing to relocate with a valid passport are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS & Finance initiatives. Participate in the RFP process: define functional requirements, evaluate vendor solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders. Perform functional QA/UAT testing, validate requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.

Coordinate between business and technical teams for seamless execution. Experience in Third Party Integration with Oracle EBS/Fusion Application will be an added advantage. Mandatory Requirements: Experience: 5–8+ years as a Business Analyst with Oracle ERP/Fusion HRMS & Finance modules. Work Mode: Onsite – 5 days/week at Dubai location.
