About the Role

The FOH Shift Supervisor position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during designated shifts. This role involves overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring that customer service standards are met consistently. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for training new employees, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a supervisory role or relevant field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during the shift. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Provide training and support to new and existing staff to enhance their performance. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
