CNA - Days, Inpatient Unit

What you will do

Provide compassionate personal care, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and assistance with activities of daily living Observe and report changes in patients' physical or emotional condition to the RN and care team Follow each patient's individualized plan of care under the direction of the RN Assist with meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families Accurately document care provided in the electronic medical record in a timely manner Transport or deliver equipment and supplies as needed Participate in team meetings, ongoing education, and quality improvement initiatives What we are looking for: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Aide program with an active Virginia CNA license Minimum of one year of CNA experience preferred (hospice, home health, or long-term care experience is a plus) Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfort with EMR and technology Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance A heart for mission-driven, relational work with patients and families Schedule & Compensation: Schedule: Full-time Day Shift, 3x12s (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Location: Inpatient Unit – Roanoke, VA Benefits: 21 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) in your first year, Up to 100% paid medical coverage through our ICHRA model, offering multiple health plan options, $0.
