Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Part-Time, 0. 2 FTE Night Shift, Milwaukee, WI: Sign-On Bonus Available, $350 Community Care is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Night Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. We are offering rewarding opportunities to provide care and service in peaceful, tidy and a well-supplied residential setting that is home to a sister community we serve. Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Responsibilities:
- Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs
- Support the health of Community Care program members
- Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
- Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing on registry
- Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia. Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Schedule:
- Hours of Operation: Monday
- Sunday, Night Shift, 10:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. (8 hours per week)
- Every other weekend
