Easterseals PORT Health is seeking an ICS Program Manager (Qualified Professional) to join our Individual and Community Services team. As a Program Manager , you'll bring energy, creativity, and leadership to programs that enrich the lives of the members we support. You will guide the appropriate support services for our clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes in the Greenville, NC area .

There is regular travel involved in the position about 1.5 hours around the service area. What You’ll Do . Provide overall leadership, development, implementation, and day-to-day management of assigned ICS programs. Ensure high-quality, person-centered services that support positive outcomes for individuals served. Oversee program operations to maintain compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.

Monitor program budgets and resources to ensure responsible fiscal management. Recruit, supervise, coach, and support staff to promote professional growth and program success. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment rooted in the values of Accountability, Commitment, and Caring. What You Bring We’re looking for someone who brings the experience, skills, and commitment needed to succeed in this role.

Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by an entity approved by USDOE or CHEA A minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience required, including experience in residential services. Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional; Have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and insurability is required.
