Sr. Accounting Transformation Lead

The Sr. Accounting Transformation Lead will help shape and modernize the global accounting operating model within a high-growth environment.

This strategic role partners closely with senior accounting leadership to identify and deliver transformation priorities that support scalability and long-term growth. You will assess people, processes, technology, data, governance, and controls to uncover opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness. The role spans global process standardization, automation, technology enablement, and public-company readiness.

You will lead complex initiatives across functions, geographies, systems, and stakeholder groups while driving measurable business outcomes. Success requires a blend of accounting expertise, transformation leadership, project management, and change-management capabilities.
