This position focuses on helping clients improve functional participation, sensory processing, motor development, self-care skills, and independence through evidence-based, occupation-centered interventions.

Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations assessing: Sensory processing Fine and gross motor skills Activities of daily living (ADLs) Visual-motor integration Functional participation Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable, occupation-based goals Provide direct occupational therapy services according to treatment plans and authorized services Supervise OTAs in accordance with Oklahoma licensing requirements and AOTA standards Complete evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries within required timelines Maintain accurate, measurable, and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, BCBAs, families, schools, and other providers Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and team meetings Attend IEP meetings and provide school-based services as appropriate Coordinate authorization renewals with the Authorization Team Maintain current licensure, certification, and continuing education requirements Adhere to all ethical, regulatory, and professional standards Qualifications: Required Qualifications Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program Current, active Oklahoma Occupational Therapy License Current NBCOT Certification Experience with sensory based feeding therapy Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Successful completion of all required background checks and OIG/SAM.
