Restaurant General Manager

Pay: $62400 - $85000 per year

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a QSR or casual dining environment (or 1+ year of internal management experience with the company); High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus); ServSafe Certification preferred (current certification is a plus); Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment; Minimum 45-hour work week, 5 days per week; Flexibility to work varied shifts (7 AM – 2 AM), including weekends and holidays; Availability to respond to operational needs and communications 24/7 as required; Willingness to work at multiple locations as needed; Reliable transportation and phone access
