Ministry Recruiter
Job description
The Ministry Recruiter is a key member of the archdiocesan spiritual renewal efforts. This role embeds in the Office for Parish Renewal, but reports into the Department of Human Resources. The Ministry Recruiter provides dedicated support to identify, recruit, and accompany prospective renewal and ministry roles through the application process.
This role owns the full recruitment lifecycle – event strategy, campus and conference outreach, and onboarding coordination, building lasting partnerships with mission-aligned institutions and networks.
