Your role

is pivotal in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities to address patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to aid recovery and promote wellness.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and incorporate them into patient care.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice.Qualifications: Required Education:
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid California licensure as a Physical Therapist. Required Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
