• Provide customers with an extraordinary experience upon the delivery of their XPENG vehicle
• Communicate with customers to ensure peace of mind and keep them well-informed
• Participate in managing the delivery process and ensure accurate documentation
• Plan and coordinate deliveries within the team, focusing on minimizing wait times
• Ensure close coordination with Sales, Service, and Logistics
• Actively participate in the operational delivery process and delivery events
• Be flexible and able to assist the sales department when needed – including on weekends if required
